A Boston Terrier named Hugo is suffering from noncardiogenic pulmonary edema (fluid in lungs) and can barely breathe. He is being cared for at a 24/7 vet and will be there for a while as they do test and treat him with antibiotics/steroids and put him in an oxygen chamber.
His owner has drained her bank account to make sure he gets the treatment he deserves and is trying to raise funds to keep him there and make sure he is treated properly.
