7. Wet paws of a dog when he is hot!
Wetting the paws of a dog and especially his/her pads, is more efficient than wetting the back or head.
The freshness that is coming from the bottom has more effect!
8. Does a dog go in the shade by himself/herself?
If a dog is too hot and has the opportunity to cool off in the shade, he/she will go by himself/herself. However, many dogs love to lay down in the sun and can be exposed for too long.
9. Is it possible that his/her behavior changes because of the heat?
A dog that is too hot could have some difficulty to concentrate especially if it’s over 30° C in the shade. He can also walk slower or having less desire to play compared to the usual, sleep more and even having some difficulties in listening to your orders.
